1. Overview of Services
Gentleman Host provides professional, topless male hosting services for private events, including but not limited to bachelorette parties, private celebrations, brand activations, corporate events, and women-only gatherings.
Our services are intended to enhance the atmosphere of private events through professional hosting, social engagement, and hospitality. Gentleman Host does not provide escorting, adult services, or sexual services of any kind.
2. Eligibility and Booking Requirements
By submitting a booking inquiry or confirming a reservation, you represent that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- Your event complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- The event location permits professional hosting services
- The event is private and invitation-only unless otherwise approved
Gentleman Host reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
All Gentleman Host personnel operate under strict professional standards. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any sexual activity, solicitation, or explicit behavior
- Physical contact beyond light, non-sexual interaction (e.g., high-fives, group photos, casual proximity)
- Harassment, coercion, or inappropriate conduct toward hosts
- Requests that violate host boundaries or company policies
Violation of these boundaries may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring a safe, respectful environment for hosts
- Informing all guests of professional boundaries
- Providing accurate event details during booking
- Ensuring alcohol consumption is legal and responsibly managed
Gentleman Host is not responsible for guest behavior or venue violations.
5. Payment, Deposits, and Fees
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking
- Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the start of the event
- Additional fees may apply for extended time, add-ons, or special requests
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking and may vary based on event type, location, and notice period. Generally:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Late cancellations may forfeit all payments
- No refunds are issued for services terminated due to client or guest misconduct
7. Photography, Video, and Media Use
Photography and video recording may be permitted only with prior approval.
Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or commercial use of host likeness is prohibited unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Gentleman Host reserves the right to use approved event imagery for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Assumption of Risk and Liability
By booking services, you acknowledge that hosting and social event activities carry inherent risks.
Gentleman Host, its contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
- Injuries or damages arising from guest behavior
- Alcohol-related incidents
- Venue-related issues
- Actions outside the scope of contracted services
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gentleman Host from claims arising from the event.
9. Event Termination
Gentleman Host reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:
- Hosts feel unsafe or disrespected
- Boundaries are violated
- Illegal activity occurs
- Event conditions differ materially from what was disclosed
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Personal information will not be shared except as required by law or for operational purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction

Gentleman Host may send SMS messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and limited promotional messages after you opt in.
Opt Out and Support
“You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the 985-415-1812 After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction and booking activity.
